Black Dog Salvage turns 10 years old!

Time flies when you're having fun! In honor of our 10th birthday and our original Black Dog, Molly... whose birthday falls on Memorial Day weekend... we threw a bash to celebrate!

Many thanks to Kevin Hurley Photography for providing 'Event Candids', which provided a ton of smiles and belly aching laughs. The centerpiece for the photos was this outrageously large chair, which made for the perfect prop!

Here's my favorite shot of the night... the Black Dog ladies (and Mike). We had no idea why Kevin was cracking up while taking this shot... until we saw later that Mike had appeared!

If you are in need of party favors for a special event, please give Kevin a call... the Event Candids are truly priceless!

The Newest Member of the Black Dog Salvage Team - Meet Tucker!

I had the priviledge of fostering

this adorable puppy for 2 weeks

thru the Roanoke Valley SPCA's foster program

we all enjoyed his company (especially his naptimes)

here @ Black Dog Salvage

so much so... that Brent & Meghan have adopted him

making him an official member of the Black Dog family!

Meet Tucker!

Hooray!!!

Congratulations Tay!

We like to document milestones here @ The Dog :)

Today is a great day for Tay Whiteside

who is now road worthy with a Learner's Permit!!!

Sally's looking forward to lots of rides

and we're excited he'll be able to run Black Dog Deliveries soon!

He's been ready for this for a while,

seeing that he taught me how to drive a forklift

when he was this age...

Here's one more vintage shot of another milestone...

Tay w/ mom, Susie, of Whiteside Designs, just before getting braces.

Boy time flies fast!

Welcome to the fast lane Tay... enjoy the drive! :)
