'Salvage Dawgs' premieres Thursday, November 8th at 11pm on the DIY Network!

If you've been in the shop lately, you may have noticed this sign....
We are excited to officially announce the premiere of  'Salvage Dawgs', a documentary-style series on the DIY Network, featuring Black Dog Salvage!

Many thanks to Trailblazer Studios and Figure 8 Films  for making the process of filming fun!  We've had a great time sharing our adventures with the production crew and are now excited to share them with our Black Dog friends and family!

For me (Christa) personally, it's been fun (and eye-opening) to see what the crew goes through out in the field.  We're always excited to see what comes back from a salvage job but never get a chance to see firsthand what is involved - until now!.  The work is extremely tough but well worth it to save valuable items from the landfill.  Despite the dirt and grime, there is always fun to be had and I think it really shines through in the show.  Hope y'all enjoy it as much as we have :)

We just finished filming the opening sequence...Roanokers might recognize this location!
