Grandin Village Community Farmers Market - OPENING Saturday, May 2nd

Roanoke Natural Foods Co-op and the Grandin Village are happy to announce the opening of the new Grandin Village Community Market (just down the street from Black Dog Salvage). The market, located behind the co-op in the upper parking lot, will operate on Saturdays from May to September, 8 a.m. to noon, and will feature local produce, goods, arts, and crafts. Come to the grand opening on Saturday, May 2. Meet local farmers, take home delicious food, visit your neighbors, and enjoy the village!

Stop by & say 'hi' to Brent, who recently left Black Dog Salvage to manage the market. We'll miss him here @ the Dog but we look forward to seeing him Saturday mornings at the market and around town for play dates with his new pup (mentioned in this earlier post).
