We were able to salvage these columns and ionic capitals.

Beautiful front door with transom and sidelights.

Numerous mantels.

Fireplace tiles and cast iron surrounds with summer covers.

Many 5 panel doors throughout the house.

Radiators

Windows

Heart pine flooring.

Despite the hard work, the guys seemed to have a good time!

While it is always hard to see a property demolished, we are thankful for the opportunity to have salvaged her treasures.  We'll be posting the finds in our Ebay Store in the next few days, check back for updates.

Gibby Waitzkin's Sarvisberry Gallery & Studio: Inside | Out Exhibition featuring Black Dog Architectural Salvage

It often takes an artists' eye to see thru the dust and rust of architectural salvage.

We enjoyed meeting artist Gibby Waitzkin while she was preparing for her latest exhibition titled "Inside | Out" and are thrilled to see the final outcome!

Here are a few pieces from the show featuring an iron floor grate, salvaged iron railing, windows and a schoolhouse door found here at Black Dog Salvage.
